Since I\u2019ve been a slacker, I thought I\u2019d catch up on the events since our Mexico trip.\u00a0 Lots of random stuff and pictures in the post below.<\/p>\n

My running buddy, Mark and his girlfriend were in town for a wedding.\u00a0 We had dinner with Mike and Tina and stayed out way too late bar hopping.\u00a0 Who knew you could buy vodka spiked Capri Suns at the bar?<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The dogs have been spoiled and have put many miles in at the trail.\u00a0 This results in a lot of sleeping while at home.\u00a0 Far too many dog pictures, but hard to resist when they are so cute.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

While I was waiting at a light, a homeless guy was using the driver side mirror of the car to the left of me to cut his hair.\u00a0 The guy driving looked mortified.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It has rained a lot this winter and the creek has never stopped flowing.\u00a0 When it gets to this level, I don\u2019t try to cross it.<\/p>\n

For Christmas, we all went to Philly.\u00a0 I think Preston wishes that Tucker would have come home with him.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We went to Tracy\u2019s brother\u2019s house on Christmas Eve.\u00a0 They had a game that required two people to rapidly push a button.\u00a0 Whomever was slower would get a pie thrown in their face.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve had several charity events.\u00a0 This particular one had a casino night.\u00a0 We spent many hours winning fake money at the craps table.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

On inauguration day, the marches began.\u00a0 We rode our bikes downtown for the Friday night march.\u00a0 While this was much smaller than the women\u2019s march on Saturday, there was a large showing and the signs were awesome.\u00a0 I put a few of the better ones below.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The Long Center at sunset.<\/p>\n

The following day was the Women\u2019s March.\u00a0 It is estimated that over 40k people showed up in Austin.\u00a0 It was unbelievable.\u00a0 \u00a0We had to park the bikes about a mile from the capitol since there were so many people.\u00a0 The entrance to the grounds was choked with people so we joined the march on Congress Ave.\u00a0 Pretty moving seeing so many families aligned on protecting peoples\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n
