head down, small steps, good posture, and moving forward&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/skelmo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_2115.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-818 lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/skelmo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_2115-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2115\" width=\"625\" height=\"469\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/skelmo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_2115-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/skelmo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_2115-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/skelmo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_2115-624x468.jpg 624w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 625px;
